For this event, the client decided to host at ETC venues in Bishopsgate, and we worked with them to pitch ideas, measure the venue, create design templates and make creative suggestions for branding within their budget and the tight install window of just 2.5 hours before the event.

We decided to go with items like Removable Floor Stickers, Removable Wall Coverings, Wayfinding signage, and room signage. We also used our eco friendly Clingz product which is a statically charged wall graphic that doesn’t use any adhesive guarantees not to damage the surface. We used this on walls with wallpaper that the venue normally don’t allow clients to put branding on. But on seeing our Clingz product, they agreed to let us use it.

The result was a total transformation of the venue on a tight budget and tight install window. However we thrive under the pressure and execute flawlessly, and B2B have done several events with us since, as we strengthen our partnership.
