Overview

Each site in the Central Southern CSU estate brought its own mix of surfaces to brand, along with limits on what could be applied to walls, windows and glass partitions under the terms of their lease agreements. Those restrictions shaped the whole approach, so we worked closely with their team on materials that leave nothing behind when they come off.

The wall treatments were specified as removable wall graphics, using smart stick vinyl for the angular colour shards that run across ceilings, corners and desk areas. Static clings covered the glazing, holding well on the long window runs without adhesive residue. For the company values wall graphics, the "We Value" messaging was fitted alongside the shard pattern so the statement sits as part of the room rather than an add-on panel.

Reusable items carried the branding into shared spaces. Pop up banner stands in the Proud, Expert and Committed designs can move between sites and events, and a matching roller banner covers smaller reception areas where floor space is tight.

Whiteboard vinyl was fitted in team areas for planning boards that get rewritten daily. Multi-site office branding of this kind needs consistency across buildings, so our head consultant ran site visits at each location to confirm surfaces, sizes and how the designs would sit in each space.
