Overview
EdTech Europe took place in London on 12 June at Millbank Tower, bringing together hundreds of delegates from major organisations including Microsoft, Pearson and McGraw Hill. Several weeks before the event, the organisers invited us to walk through the rented building and talk about what this temporary space could become.
The large rooms and long corridors offered plenty of blank canvases, and we saw an opportunity to deliver event branding in London visitors would remember across every floor. After the site visit, we presented our creative concepts to the event team, then developed them into a detailed document of production-ready event graphics.
The plan combined several material specs: removable wall vinyl for the corridors, pillar wraps to carry the theme through open areas, and custom wall murals that turned plain walls into focal points. Clear event signage helped delegates move between sessions without confusion.
Once the client approved the designs, we finalised all artwork for print. Our team manufactured every graphic within 12 hours, fitted the full installation on the day of the event and removed it once proceedings had closed, leaving the building exactly as we found it. For one day, Millbank Tower looked like it was built for EdTech.

This project saw us apply graphics on to walls, floors, pillars and boards, which radically transformed the look and feel of the space; drawing in the technological appearance that was essential for an event of this calibre. The event team were really happy with the finished look that the conference facility had.
We really enjoyed this project and thoroughly loved the opportunity to collaborate with the Ed Tech Team. We love events and the impact that graphics can have on radically transforming a space for any length amount of time.
