Overview

Events run to a fixed date, so this project came down to clear communication and a quick turnaround. Alert Logic needed a full event branding package that matched their standing as an industry leader, and our sales team came back with a competitive quote fast enough to keep the schedule intact.

Working from their brand guidelines, we produced the pieces the venue needed across every touchpoint. Exhibition stand graphics carried the identity at the centre of the space, while event signage guided guests from the entrance through to the main areas. Venue graphics covered the larger wall and structural surfaces, event banners held the messaging at eye level around the room, and event flags marked the outdoor approach so the location was easy to find on arrival.

Our installers fitted the entire venue in time for opening, working to the build schedule so nothing held up the run-up to the doors going open. Once the event had finished, the same team returned to de-rig the space and take it back to the original blank canvas, leaving the venue as it was handed over. The event ran successfully, and the branding held up across the full duration.
