Overview
Charles Russell Speechlys wanted its London office to reflect the way the firm actually works: clear, collaborative and people-first. Hyper Creative delivered a full interior scheme across reception, corridors, print rooms and breakout areas, starting with a site survey and finishing with a fully installed fit-out.
The centrepiece is a set of company values wall graphics built around The Charles Russell Speechlys Way, with hexagon icons for Question, Understand, Be Clear, Think Long, Collaborate, Connect and Be Human. Nearby, a world map wall sticker for offices marks the Paris, Luxembourg, Geneva and Zurich bases, giving staff and visitors an instant sense of the firm's reach.
Deep blue photography of water, gears and dandelion seed heads runs through the quieter corridors, produced as custom printed wall vinyl with a protective laminate for high-traffic walls. Larger feature walls were treated as printed wall murals for offices, turning plain plasterboard into something worth walking past.
The practical detail had the same care applied to it. Office wayfinding graphics mark the washrooms and the confidential waste and recycling points, while glass manifestation graphics carry the CRS wordmark along a full-length glazed corridor, adding privacy and safety without losing any light.
