In summary

Fi-nest are an independent agency that manage property portfolios who made contact with us to discuss a range of custom graphics to form part of their office rebrand. As they are a business that specialises in real estate they wanted to express this theme throughout their office using graphics that highlight beautiful homes.

Once the concept was narrowed down, we commissioned the design of a range of houses by one of our collaborative designers who hand drew the various styles of houses to form a unique and beautifully artisan street of homes, shops and roads.

This amazingly detailed range of homes contained little features that paid tribute to Fi-nest through the use of the brand purple interspersed throughout the design as well as a shop branded with the company’s namesake.

All the designs were produced on a matt black vinyl, which gave a really profession finish that suited the contemporary design pre-existing within their office space.
