Overview

Each site in this project came with its own mix of surfaces and its own set of restrictions, since the lease agreements limited what could be fixed to walls, windows and glass partitions. We worked closely with the team to put forward removable wall graphics for offices that lift away cleanly at the end of a tenancy, alongside static clings and reusable pop up banners that leave no mark behind.

Before anything was specified, our head consultant visited each site to check the surfaces in person, talk through the material options and look at how the new branding could work across the spaces. That visit shaped the recommendations: smart stick wall graphics for the painted areas, window film for glass partitions where privacy mattered, and frosted window graphics on the meeting rooms.

Wayfinding signage tied the sites together, keeping their office branding consistent from reception through to the corridors and clinical areas. The design team at the CSU supplied all the artwork, leaving us to prepare print-ready files, produce and finish each item, then install the environmental graphics across their multiple sites. Every material was chosen to come off without damage, keeping the trust inside the terms of its leases.
