Step 2 - Measure
We send out an installer to measure up the venue. We need a marked floor plan to complete this step. Our design team then prepares scaled drawings of your spaces and templates for your event, such as conference branding. Alternatively, you gather the sizes and send them to us.

Step 3 - Design
Our experienced design team crafts designs that utilise our wide product range and tailor them to fit your surfaces, ensuring they align with your branding at events. We ensure we work within your brand event guidelines to deliver amazing results for all event branding designs. Design usually takes 2 weeks Cost: between £500 - £2000
Step 4 - Print
We're sending proofs for your approval. Then we print the designs and quality-check them before sending them out. For your event graphics or event branding project in the UK, we ensure the final product is top quality. Production takes around 7 - 10 working days. Cost: between £500 - £5000
Step 5 - Install
Our experienced installation team will arrive at the venue to complete the installation for a branded event or any event branding project. Following the floor plan, they will install the graphics around your office or event space.

Yes, we provide install and de-rig services nationwide across the UK, with dedicated installers in London and multiple teams across the country. Our experienced team can handle installations and de-rigs at any time, including weekends and outside working hours.
The cost depends on the size of the venue and the complexity of the work. For your branded event, we ensure that everything is set up according to your needs, whether it's for a small or large event branding project.
If you already know what you want and have sizes ready, we can usually turn around quotes within a couple of days. Production takes 4-7 days, depending on the items required. For a full event branding design, print, and install service, the process typically takes about 6 weeks. This timeline includes everything from event graphics to the installation of your conference branding materials. For more details, check out our install service.
1. Mark a floor plan with all the locations you want to focus on. We typically use numbers to indicate each surface.
2. Gather photos of the spaces you want to work on and name the images to match the marked floor plan. If possible, gather measurements to speed up the process (we can also offer a site survey service).
3. Know your access timings for install and de-rig.
4. Decide whether you need our design services, or if you'll handle it yourself. Package all the details and send it over to us, and we'll get started on your branding event.
