Mini Case Study: Response Tek

Response Tek has given over 500 million individual consumers across 60 countries a voice through a simple and easy scoring platform that provides brands with real time satisfaction ratings and information needed to improve front end services.

Response Tek contacted us at Vi HQ to ask for our help in providing them with a range of bespoke graphics for their London office refurbishment project. The graphics that Response Tek wanted producing included a custom printed logo, 4 small wall coverings and frosted glass panel manifestations.

The creative team at Response Tek provided all of the designs and then worked closely with our artwork team to source usable images for the murals and then created production ready artwork files. Once this stage was completed we handed the project over to production to create and dispatch the order before our installation team fitted the job on site.  

The wall murals were produced on laminated permanent vinyl; this is our recommendation for murals in office spaces and other highly trafficked areas. The murals were produced in drops, just like wallpaper, with a 1cm overlap and showcased 4 different cities around the world including London and Dubai.

The frosted window manifestation design utilised strips of frosting of different thicknesses with a central strip having the Response Tek logo removed to create an on brand feature. This design was cut using specialist machinery and then was had a layer of application tape applied, which holds all of the in proportion to one another to create a perfect finish.
