Mini Case Study: Forgather
Forgather is a London based events company that specialise in organising events that are engaging and effective. They contacted us about branding a space in Aldersgate for one of their clients, Artesian, a young and fast growing tech company that facilitates B2B sales communication and the recent winner of ITA’s 2015 business partner of the year award.
Artesian were hosting an annual event Connections 15 ‘The leading B2B conference’ to which they had invited their ever-growing user base. They had a heavy hitting lineup of keynote speakers and needed their space to be appropriately branded in order to reinforce their presence and give a professional feel to the environment.
We worked closely alongside Forgather to deliver the exact environmental graphics that were required by their client. This transformed a generic hosting venue to a fit for purpose branded event space.
For the main entrance we produced some large format white-backed manifestation stickers as an immediate visual trigger for attendees of the event. These were produced to the specification of the Artesian team and were also produced again for some interior manifestations.
We also added a touch of branding to London Bar and Kitchen, which was the location for the event after-party ensuring continuity from start to finish.
We were also asked to produce a wall mural for a challenging section of wall that already had a graphic of a globe on it. Our production team worked their creative problem solving magic and produced the mural on a material that discreetly covered the existing graphic without causing any damage to it in the process.
It was a real pleasure working with Forgather to bring this plan together and we have gone on to complete other projects with them since to make event spaces look the part.
