Inside Dot Digital’s 28th-Floor Branded Conference
When Dot Digital reached out to us through one of our long-standing venue partners, Altitude London, they were preparing for a full-day conference that would bring together their partners, clients, and community across a series of seminars, keynote presentations, and exhibitor-led activations.
The event would take over the entire 28th floor of the venue, an open, bright, panoramic space with huge windows and plenty of movement throughout the day. Dot Digital wanted to ensure that every touchpoint of the attendee journey reflected the vibrancy and energy of their brand. And with more than 225 attendees expected, the pressure was on to create a cohesive, memorable environment that balanced functionality with visual impact.
We partnered closely with the Dot Digital team to design, plan, and install a complete branding package that not only transformed the venue but also elevated the experience for guests, exhibitors, and presenters throughout the day.
What Was The Goal For The Venue?
The conference required multiple zones to work together seamlessly:
- A main stage for presentations
- Spaces for breakout seminars
- A partner exhibition area
- Catering, networking, and transitional zones
- Clear directional routes for attendees moving between sessions
Dot Digital wanted a look and feel that was bold, colourful, and unmistakably on-brand, without overwhelming the venue's natural architecture. Another key challenge was the exhibitor section.
Each partner needed their own branded presence, but due to space and layout restrictions, all booths had to maintain a consistent structural look. That meant our team had to get creative with how exhibitors could still express their visual identity without changing the overall booth design, as we explore in more detail in our guide on Corporate Event Branding Design Ideas.
What Was Our Strategy For Branding?
We began by mapping the entire attendee flow through the venue, identifying key moments where branding would be most effective—both visually and practically. From there, we developed a multi-layered branding approach:
1. Build a striking visual foundation for the main stage

The main presentation space would host the highest footfall and the most photographed moments, so it needed a centrepiece that captured attention from the start. We proposed a large-scale stage backdrop, fully wrapped in high-resolution printed graphics, designed to stand out against the venue’s panoramic city views.
2. Reinforce brand presence through layered visual elements

Beyond the stage, we layered branding throughout the venue using a mix of:
- Printed window graphics
- Bar wraps
- Hanging fabric banners
- Ceiling-mounted directional signage
- Podium wraps
These elements ensured the Dot Digital identity remained fully present across the entire floor without interfering with sightlines or the venue’s architectural flow.
3. Create exhibitor spaces that feel unified, but still individual

Because every exhibitor booth had to look structurally the same, we focused on creating high-impact branded merchandise kits that gave each partner its own flair within the universal layout. We worked with exhibitors to design and produce items such as:
- Cushions
- Sweet packets
- Tote bags
- Branded giveaway assets
This maintained consistency across the space while still giving each exhibitor a distinctive presence that drew footfall during breaks and transitions.
4. Use directional and informational signage to guide the attendee journey

Events with multiple agendas, breakout rooms, and keynote timings rely heavily on clear communication.
We handled:
- Branded directional signage
- Agenda wall coverings
- Temporary overlays to replace existing venue signs
This ensured every transition—whether between sessions or networking spaces—felt intentional, coordinated, and on-brand.
What We Installed on Site?
Once the designs were approved, our team oversaw full production, installation, and coordination with Altitude London to ensure everything met the venue’s guidelines. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements we delivered for the conference:
- Large Stage Backdrop: A fully wrapped main-stage backdrop served as the visual anchor for the entire event. Clean edges, seamless joins, and rich colour ensured the Dot Digital identity photographed beautifully in every keynote moment.
- Printed Window Graphics: With Altitude London’s iconic skyline views, we used carefully positioned window branding to integrate visuals without obstructing the natural light and ambience. For more inspiration on designing eye-catching office windows, see our guide on Creative Window Graphics Ideas.

- Bar Wraps: The venue’s central bar became an instant focal point with bold bar wraps—perfect for networking breaks, morning coffees, and evening conversations.

- Hanging Fabrics and Directional Signage: Suspended banners and directional signs guided guests throughout the day, adding height and movement to the space.
- Exhibitor Signage and Ceiling Graphics: With partners located in high-traffic areas, ceiling-mounted signage ensured visibility even during busy breakout sessions.
- Podium Wraps: Presenter podiums were wrapped in Dot Digital’s brand colours and patterns, creating consistency across all speaking areas.

- Agenda Wall Coverings & Existing Signage Overlays: We replaced or covered existing wayfinding with on-brand agenda walls and directional signs, helping attendees navigate effortlessly throughout the conference.
A Full-Day Event That Delivered Energy, Colour, and Cohesion
By the time doors opened, the 28th floor had been completely transformed into a dynamic Dot Digital environment—one that balanced the vibrancy of their brand with the functionality needed for a multi-stage, high-traffic event. Throughout the day, the venue hosted:
Main presentations with large audiences
- Smaller seminars and workshops
- Networking and breakout sessions
- Exhibitor showcases
- Partner activations
With more than 225 attendees circulating across the floor, the branded touchpoints played an important role in maintaining a seamless experience. Exhibitors reported increased engagement thanks to their personalised branded merchandise and consistent booth designs. The stage backdrop and venue graphics became the visual centrepieces of countless photos, presentations, and social media posts. Both the Dot Digital team and the venue staff noted that the cohesive environment enhanced the professionalism and polish of the event.

Creative solutions, such as merchandise-led exhibitor zones and adaptable signage, helped overcome venue limitations without sacrificing impact. As more brands look for immersive environments, work like this highlights what strategic design and seamless execution can achieve.
